My name is Hassan Osman, and I started Leadership 80/20 to help busy remote leaders amplify their skills by focusing on the actions that truly matter.

A Little About Me

Most recently, I was SVP of Professional Services at NWN Carousel (a $1B leading hybrid work company), where I led a team of 200+ engineers and project managers on delivering cloud communication services to clients across North America.

Before that, I was a Director at Cisco Systems, leading the Technology Transformation Group PMO (Program Management Office) in the Americas. Prior to Cisco, I was a manager at Ernst & Young LLP (now EY), where I helped consult for Fortune 500 organizations.

I’m also an Amazon Bestselling author of several books about management.

I run a free weekly newsletter called “Leadership 80/20,” where I share practical tips for busy remote leaders.
